On September 25th, 2025, the LeTs-Care project will host its first Policy Lab (in hybrid mode) focusing on the sustainability and resilience of the care workforce, being one of the sector’s most urgent challenges.
Building on the 2022 EU Care Strategy priorities and more recents updates and developments, the Policy Lab is structured as a ‘dialogue’ among participants, tackling key topics such as the interrelation between formal and informal care work; workforce shortages and the role of migrant workers; the quality of care work, and others.
Through this multi-stakeholder dialogue, EU-level participants will validate the LeTs-Care’s findings regarding the fragmented and uneven care workforce landscape, allowing to connect expert knowledge and direct experience to produce useful ideas and contributions for policy work.
