On May 16, 2025, the first national LeTs-Care workshop was held at the University of Innsbruck, with the participation of numerous key stakeholders representing the LTC sector in Austria.
The workshop focused on introducing the project and its research objectives, as well as presenting and, above all, discussing the initial results from the Austrian and international contexts of the first project year.
In an intensive exchange with experts and stakeholders, key challenges facing long-term care in Austria were discussed, focusing on the challenges of decentralization and the priority of home care. The aim of the workshop was to gain new perspectives, incorporate expert knowledge, and lay the foundation for a long-term, cross-institutional dialogue.
