Alongside the discussions held during the project’s Policy Lab on 26 June 2026, we continue our exchange with researcher Roberta Perna, CSIC-IPP (Spain), deepening the reflection on how innovative practices emerge and take shape. In this context, we focus specifically on the innovation potential of a Spanish collaborative‑housing initiative for older people, exploring both its social relevance and the ways in which it challenges conventional approaches to ageing, care, and community‑based living.
