Learning from the ground up: LeTs-Care’s national workshops on long-term care in Italy

Over the past year, the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice team has run a series of national workshops as part of the LeTs-Care project. Each of them tackles a different pressure point in Italy’s long-term care system. Bringing together researchers, policymakers, professionals, service providers and social partners, the workshops used a participatory working method to turn early project findings into shared analysis. The work brought context-specific factors to the surface that help or hinder progress on some of the sector’s most urgent challenges.
